Axl looks like he took a fall on his right elbow.  See he's got some new shirts.

Did they have to stop the show?

Not sure who owns the GNR News group on Facebook, but they have a list of songs, which showed that Hard School was supposed to be played after You're Crazy.

Did they get the rest of it right?

They did. Also as someone else just said on this thread, PTU was on the list as well.

To be honest I like the setlist and at this point in my life (career, child, family, etc) I am good with a solid concise show. I’ve been to the near 3 hour shows multiple times now. That being said with Covid concerns and the steep price of a ticket for a show that hasn’t changed in years I’ll be sitting this tour out.

Enjoy that GNR is touring and still delivering the goods folks. It’s no different than seeing the Stones and the celebration that happens when they play a deep cut. They deliver solid shows and around the hour and a half mark too.

I haven't heard the band play Slither, You're Crazy or Dead Horse, and I haven't seen them since 2017. So, the show has slightly changed. They can't forego the hits or risk disappointing most of the fans in attendance.

I think that they have struck a nice balance between the hits and deeper cuts over the last five years.

Slight is the best word to describe it. When I lived in Vegas and saw shows over the years they would add, or swap out, a scene/bit to change it up a little for the regulars. Same thing here. Nothing wrong with it at all. It’s a show and it follows a flow that works.

I have no illusions about the setlist, and understand your concern, particularly with Covid. I just think that these slight variations are the only realistic expectations. Drastic setlist changes would mean Drastic changes to the entire production, lighting, video and Pyro. That just isn't realistic, IMO.

The casuals really only care about Jungle, PC, SCOM, NR and possibly Patience.
I don’t know of any casual that is demanding Easy, Brownstone, CD, DTJ, Any Chinese songs or even that many Illusions songs.

So there is plenty of scope for change if the demand was there. It clearly isn’t. The structure of the set is essentially the same for half a decade now.

It was strange to market shows as “all new show” when very little is actually new. It’s also hard to see a band releasing new music if they can’t even change up the order of a show.
