Got my tickets in the mail yesterday... 2 tickets GA for 10/31 Halloween show!  I was wondering if GA is right up front why aren't those the most expensive tickets.... there's no section between GA and the stage correct?  Also what time do you think would be best to show up?  I arrived in Atlanta GA back in November with Ga tickets at 5ish and was like 40th in line and got myself front row GA.  I'm planning on wearing my Axl outfit and dressing up since it's Halloween... anybody else wearing a costume?

I guess it depends on the venue. Sometimes the actual seats are more expensive because then you get a seat to sit in and you're guaranteed a good view.

With GA, you might end up further back behind some tall person... Wink

The Joint is much smaller. Over New Years I arrived about 2 minutes before the lights went down and I was only about 5 people back.

It's actually not that uncommon for really good seats to be more expensive than GA. At least that's what I've found from my time on the road. It makes sense really but I always can't resist the unpredictability of GA. And if the old Joint was anything to go by, getting a bad view is next to impossible... Just stay away from tall people. confused

Is the Joint camera friendly?  I was able to get some great pictures and videos when I saw them in Atlanta back in November and hope to do the same from Vegas.

As far as I know, and as of right now, the idea is to let the VIPs into the arena when the M&G is done. If they wish. Or they can stay in the VIP room.
