Looks like the only NYC area presale is for the Roseland show and its only for Live Nation mobile app users

id like to do a new york show and AC, but its such short notice, ill probably only have the cash for one.

but on the plus side, gnr has almost gone from "band i thought id never see" to "band I've seen the most".

Same for me. I never thought I would see them, and now Atlantic City will be my 5th show. 

same here. 2 times at hammerstein, MSG, and then camden this november. AC would be five, but there is talk among my circle about hitting up rose land as well. now that the tickets seem under 100, anythings possible.

Do you think it's just these six dates or they'll announce more? I want to know if I should wait on treating myself on anything for my birthday until they announce any shows I could make it to because that'd be the ultimate gift to myself.

I dunno man. I think that those dates are it. Any other dates will prob be private. But then again that's just a guess. My birthday is is on the 11th so I am praying I can get tickets for the show on the 10th so I can celebrate wit GNR

That's what I'm thinking too, so I hope it's not too hasty to assume it's just the six and they aren't going to drag out announcing dates like last year's tour. I also hope they bring this kind of tour to the west coast eventually since it'd be a lot more feasible than trying to make it out for the LA and Vegas shows would have been for me!

Funny, the first time ever I went to NYC was to see Tommy n' the Mutiny release show, where I met Bumble too...now I'm going back six months later to see 'em again!

That is what it looks like at the moment. There has been no official word yet about presale for the general public. I tired to get the app but I do not have an ipone and I don't own a Citi Card so people like me may be fucked. Time will tell, maybe they will have a regular presale as well.

There definitely seems to be a lot of conflicting/confusing information out there regarding pre-sales for the theatre dates.  Hopefully the band will clarify soon!  I'm hoping to be able to see at least one of the NY shows.  My brother took me to Hartford in November for my 30th birthday and it was one of the top 3 concerts I've ever seen!  Can't wait to see them again...and I'd love to return the favor and take my brother for his February birthday!

I'm very interested to see how these club shows are organised, and ultimately performed. I mean, will there be video screens, pyros, and will there be an intro where the lights go out and The General is played?. Is the setlist for these club shows going to be different compared to a standard arena show, even going as far to say maybe 80% of the set may be different songs?.

How will the stage be set up for everyone to play and perform?.....it's going to be interesting to watch as the last time GN'R performed in venues as small as these, it was for celebs or people "in the know" with alot of money. How will a club show be approached for GN'R hardcore fans who want to rock with their favourite band?.

One things for sure, GN'R at the Ritz will be s night to remember for all those who go. 

I don't give a damn about all of those fancy pyros and what not, I just want a plain old fashion stage and hear some real Rock N' Roll.


Question peps, isn't Live Nation associated with Ticketmaster? Meaning I don't have to sign up for a Live Nation account because I already  have a Ticketmaster account.
