Congrats to Charlie for securing the tour, I personally would love to go to one of these gigs, come to the UK, Charlie.  Wink

Well today on Comedy Central, they were showing Two And A Half Men, all day. I watched a few episodes, and this stuff is better than I remembered, I should buy the boxset or something. And also I have to say that John Cryer, who plays Alan, Charlies brother is a great match for Sheens' character to bounce off of.

Those two, are in my view one of the best double acts in the comedy world.  ok

Why is everyone making a big deal out of an old talentless crackhead?

Because he's an old, talentless crackhead who's going through a full on meltdown, in public.

C'mon...some of the stuff he comes out with is comedy gold (intentionally so or not).  I haven't yet determined whether he is batshit crazy or the most brilliant self promoter on the planet.  Maybe a bit of both....

Can't say I'm surprised.  What the hell did you expect from Charlie Sheen?  He's not a singer/comedian/LIVE performer.  What the hell was he gonna do for an hour plus?  It was bound to get ugly.  Just glad I didn't get a ticket for the trainwreck.

shame people don't realize that and are buying it hook, line, and sinker

I actually think the crowd got what they deserved, and no it's no fault of Charlies. What did people expect to see when they turned up to this, everything set up perfectly, and everything scheduled like clockwork.  Tongue

No, this is basically Charlies open mic night in a bar, and people have flocked to see him because of recent events. Charlie seemed to do exactly what I expected him to, which is ramble on and on about worthless and pointless stuff, to make his ego bigger.

I would have enjoyed this if I was lucky enough to go, and some people was actually cheering and was supporting the show. But as we all know too well, sometimes there's a bad vibe in the crowd and then it's all down hill from that point, for everyone involved.

I'm betting the next shows will go fine.  Cheesy

I have no problem with what happened - I wasn't expecting a huge extravagant show.

Maybe by the time I see him Friday he will figure it out a bit Wink

I originally even said I have no expectations for the show....so when people were wantingt his huge thing, sucks for them!
