We all keep hearing horrible things about public transportation in the Bay Area.

Remember that man who was shot by Oakland PD on New Year's Eve?

Saw that a few days ago.

I think the black man got what he deserved and the woman shooting this stole the EBM's bag and told the camera that they will sue him and make him pay.

I found this incident funny, it happened maybe a month ago.

Local teens tried to mug an elderly man on thursday evening while he was waiting for a cab.
It was two against one, so they thought it would be easy pickings and both of the hit him once before he hit them back.

Little did they know that he had been boxing all his youth, but they sure were to find out.

One of the teens was in hospital for three days and the old timer was held three days and was charged for an aggravated assault.

I talked to him after that and while he felt bad for the boy in the hospital he had it hard to find justice in this.

Luckily those teens were a part of an gang stealing cars and mugging elderly people, so the charges were finally dropped.

It would have been so much better if EBM would have given that woman a beating as well. It was epic seeing EBM beat the hell out of that black guy!
