Well. its half past 3 in the morning here in the UK. Mr Lee here likes his sleep so theres good reason why i am awake this late!


at about 2.30 i was awoken by my parents suddenly as i came fully awake i heard them repeating my name with concern and fear.

While ive no knowledge of anything prior to waking i asked them why they rushed in.

They said i began screaming out loud and shouting "get off me" and shouting for help. My dad said it was so convincing he rushed in because he thought we were being burgled n someone was in my room.

They said as they put the light on i was wacking my arms around like i was fighting someone on my bed. Anyways

ive no memory of dreams or anything, i dont know why or what caused this.

The brain disconnect the spine, when you are in the most "dreamy" sleep. Sometimes this dont work the right way, and your body move. Happens to everyone once in a while. If the brain didnt disconnect our body, we would do lots of crazy moves in while sleeping. It can also work the other way around, which is more creepy. You are in a state of sleep, but the mind wake up.. "half asleep, half asleep" but you cant move a finger! You belive you are screeming, but you actually dont make a sound. Then suddenly is back full awake with a BANG! Scary but cool if you know how to react.

There are ways to learn how to get to this type of sleep. The mind is half awake, but the spine are disconnected with the brain. This also the way to do "out of body experiences"

Next time, know that you are in this type of sleep. Dont try to move your body in a physic way, but you your mind. Then you might get across the room. Next time across the street. And after a couple of times, you have a free vication to wherever you want
