Brutal Legend the game

I beat the game this weekend I had 3 days off and the online multiplayer is real good I hope they make a sequel to this game because they have been working on this game since School of Rock came out so I am sure they have something in the works...

...what would that be? School of Rock 2? The return of Dewey? Most movies are not meant to have sequels. This being one of them.

It's been out on the torrent sites for a bit now (both PC an 360 versions).  If he's got a modded 360 (or a PC with a game pad, hooked up to a big screen), it's a simple as dowload and burn.

I'm about 1/2 way through Brutal Legend.  Plugging through Drake's, as well...and spending some time with Borderlands on my PC when I get a free minute or two.

Tuesday = Dragon Age.

microsoft is banning a lot of xbox live accounts due the modded consoles, do you play online?

i think some stores in the US are already selling the modern warfare 2 game, i have to wait two more days to get it here in Mexico.

I want Dragon Age, how is it so far? What I mean is after about 20 hours of game play?

About 20 - 25 hours in.  And it's VERY good.  Time is FLYING by as I play.

Storyline is very good...lots of political intrigue.  Characters are very good, as is there personal storylines.

If you ever played any of the other Bioware RPG's (Knights of the old replublic, Jade Empire, Mass Effect), you'll likely LOVE this one.

Lots of blood, a litte (pretty tame) sex, and some very imaginitive story telling.  Combat and RPG mechanics are both REALLY well done (though I bristle a bit at the stupid subspecialty mechanics..you have to FIND a trainer willing to train you in them, and they aren't easy...or particularly cooperative..to find.  My one gripe).  You can play it as an action RPG (REALLY HARD), a turn based RPG (with judicious use of the pause button...sorta boring) or a combo of both (excellent!).  The loot is interesting, too.  Not as cool as Borderlands or a Diablo clone, but different enough to keep you interested.  Gold is hard to come by, and merchants are overpriced considering that....but the loot you find in game makes the merchants (for me) as simple "dump and go" outposts.  Occasionally they have a good item (backpack expansions, tomes of learning) but otherwise what I find seems to be better stuff.

OH, and if you're playing on the PC:  The Tab button is your friend.  works just like it does in the Diablo clones. Press it and everything clickable/findable pops up on the screen.

Gamestop was letting their pre-order folks pick up the game yesterday, around noonish.  My brother got a call telling him he could come in and get it.  Apparently some other retailers (Toys R us, I think??) were selling the game early, so Gamestop followed suit.

It came out a few days back in UK.

I got the game for a cool ?22. Almost half price. Now thats what i call a bargain.
