Does it really matter what the tracklisting is? It will be what the band have decided and that is good enough for me. Surely it is for all the fans?

For me that has heard all leaks it's more of a new beginning now.

GunsN'Roses is coming out again and intend to release new music.
There will be more albums after this one which is already completed according to Axl

Whats important is that they're back in action with a new album

I'm not sure that this is the real tracklist, it could be made up by the record company to avoid further downloading. There is only one 'new' name on that tracklist.
I would be surprised if weaker songs like I.R.S and Riad would end up on CD.

For you, I.R.S. is weak.  For me, it's one of my favorites.  That's why a random fan doesn't choose which songs should/shouldn't be on an album.  I know a lot of people on this board aren't big on I.R.S. but I remember one of the magazine's that reviewed the tracks listed I.R.S. as the best and something that they could've sneaked in on the UYI's and no one would've noticed it was by the new lineup.

I totally agree with you. There's still a mistake here, I mean: Catcher N' The Rye is like Catcher and the Rye, as the title of the book is The Catcher in the Rye.

These guys are justing messing up, the definitive tracklist will be released by the band only.

Maybe Salinger wouldn't let them use Cather IN the Rye, so they dropped the "I".  Not sure if that would be enough of a difference to avoid litigation though.

And for me, Rhiad (or Riad) is among the best of the new ones, along with Better and TWAT. But I agree, IRS is a fucking killer song, especially the live version.

Two things: "N'" makes it more GN'R style and avoids copyright problems. I guess.

They should've really dragged this out and list ONE song a day, starting from the top, then Axl makes an official announcement after the 14th track is announced.

That would be a fuckin' clash of titans in a court of justice, W. Axl Rose versus J.D. Salinger. "Catcher" is by far my favourite new GNR song. I hope Brian May's guitar is still on it, it would add a lot of class to the album!

Good point, Guns N' Roses, Dust N' Bones, Rhiad N' The Bedouins, Catcher N' The Rye.  Still not sure if that's enough of a difference to appease J.D. Salinger though.

I'm just wondering if the sequence is correct.

They could title every thing "Song 1" "Song 2" etc for all I care.

?hmm What happened to MOTHERMOUTH ?
That one was listed on one of the first track liste that appeared on best buy , wasn't it ?

Maybe we are in for a two disc release CHinese Democrazy I & II, simillar to what happened in 1991 ?
Or cover a and B contain the same songs with some exceptions ?

It wasn't on the first on best buy. All the tracks are the same, different order and spellings.
