D - i agree with your post 100%. i hope i'm wrong, but i have a feeling the GB-NE super bowl is too good to be true.

and favre is due for a bad game. the giants have been hanging with everyone lately. if they weather the early storm, avoid big TOs, keep grant in check, they may pull this out. spagnuolo is a great defensive coordinator, and they have just enough playmakers to put some points on the board.

Sandman, that's what I'm talking about.  Because Donovan wants more playmakers, in Philly it is construed as "ripping his teammates."  I'm sorry, but that's just ridiculous.

The racist statements?  He said that black quarterbacks in the NFL are criticized more than their counterparts.  That's racist?  It's called true bud.  You can stick your head in the sand and deny racism but it does exist and yes, black qbs are "thrown under the bus" far more often than their white counterparts.  Again, we can agree to disagree.

Sandman, don't sweat it, next season Philly will love D-Mac again.  I'm guaranteeing a 10 win season...at least.  Especially if they can add some playmakers...uh oh, did I just rip his teammates by saying they need playmakers?  hihi

Today's game...Packers win big.  They'll cover the spread no prob.  Enjoy the game!!!

Wow...championship games today and we're still talking about McNabb.  hihi

Anyway, can someone who's a NE fan tell me what those things were that were painted on the field.  They were grey and yellow, on the 50 yard line, along both sidelines.  I speculated that they looked like a power plant and/or bridge.  I also heard tee-pee and soup ladle offered up.

Any idea?

representation of a New England lighthouse, with the bridge representing the walkways you often see leading up to them.

its also the stadium logo and is also in the stadium design behind the goal

why can't he just be a man and ask for players behind closed doors? why go public with it?
sheldon brown said he shouldn't have done it, along with ex-eagles and donovan supporters Hugh Douglas and Ike Reese.

unless you have evidence, i don't think racist accusations should be made. just because racism exists is not evidence.

Oh man.  Another Super Bowl blowout coming our way!   hihi

Yes Butters, great call on the NY Post headline.

Next prediction?  After frost-bite in Wisconsin and a massive sunburn in Arizona, by the 4th quarter of the Super Bowl, Coach Coughlin's face will actually fall off as he attempts to slam his headset into the ground as the Giants are down 35-14.   hihi

They without a doubt gave the pats the biggest headache this season. I can see it happening with the way the giants are playing right now.
