Best night of my life - Hammesmith Apollo and without this site would have missed it completely.
After not seeing the band since Illusion I have never spent so much energy - screamed so much in my life as I did during Jungle.

Hey Guys,

Well, i have been a member of HTGTH since late 2006,  I hail from a little town called Glace Bay.  Glace Bay is on Cape Breton Island in Nova Scotia,  way east  .  I have been a die hard GNR fan since i was 10 years old way back in 1987.  I am 30 now and i love GNR more than ever.  I stopped follwing GNR from 1994-1999 then got back into them a bit in 2001/2002 and back full force in 2006.  The first time i seen GNR was at the Halifax Metro Center on November 20, 2006, the best night of my  life !!!!!!  .  GNR did not come close to where im from, although they were in Halifax in 1988 and 2006,  BTW, Halifax is a 5-6 hour drive from where i live so it wasnt bad, just thrilled to see them.   I really hope the they come back again.   If your reading Axl, please come back to Halifax,  Im sure he will since he and Bubbles are friends now.

I decided to rejoin to this forum. I was a member about 2 years ago and somehow my account got deleted or someone changed my password   So I refrained from visiting. I'd come to the forum as a guest and see what info I wanted to see. So since the release of Chinese Democracy is so very near I got the urge to join once again and I'll try to be a regular here. That'll be a hard feat as I post frequently on the Heirophant, a Marilyn Manson forum, under the same username (http://www.mansonusa.com/forums/member.php?u=13525) - and have contributed over 4,700 posts and garnered tons of reputation points in the system (okay enough bragging).

For the record, my two favorite bands are Nine Inch Nails & Marilyn Manson!

Became a fan of guns n' roses in 2003, when I bought appetite for destruction (my mom had listened to it as a child). I wasn't really into the current music scene so I begin buying older music, and the music scene has continued to decline since then. Chinese Democracy is probably the most mature album and has the most ranging styles out of any album axl has committed to.

Anyways, I've been doing customer service for ups freight for almost six months now, and going to continue my education starting in January 2009.

Greetings, my real name is Thor and I'm from the Washington, DC area of the US.  I just turned 30 a few months ago.  I came across this site shortly before the release of CD.

I've been a Gn'R fan since a friend of mine let me borrow his Appetite For Destruction cassette tape back in 1988 when I was in elementary school.  I was a fan from then on, and sadly still have yet to see the band live.

These days I'm mainly into metal, and would say Iron Maiden usurped Gn'R as my alltime favorite band in the mid 90's, but I still love the Guns.  Old and new.
