HMV Canada says Dec 19th

As far as I'm concerned, HMV (or any retailer can say what they want), but unless it comes from the band and/or management, don't get your hopes up.

Call an HMV anywhere in Canada...

Ask for the buyer...

Ask for today's splits and if Guns N' Roses is listed as December 19.

hey.... I work for HMV (Toronto, Ontario "dufferin Mall" feel free to call the location ...

We have Dec 19th as ther release date !!!

can anyone else please help me confirm this !!!

 

BTW: last Wed i checked and we had no info !!! I asked my store manager and he basically said "how the **** do i know" i dont put the listings on the data base"

I have reported earlier last week that HMV in West Edmonton Mall (in Edmonton) has a Dec 19th date as well.

I am not an insider by any means. ?But I can confirm that he is telling the truth. ?I have been told the same thing yesterday morning. ?And the guy at HMV wasn't bullshitting as he seemed genuinely excited about this news.

OK, I got through, I asked the woman about the 'splits" and she said "I already did mine."  I asked her if GNR was out on 19 December, and she said "I don't remember.  I only had one to amend."  Whaterver that means....

I was at an HMV in Halifax yesterday, and they actually had a spot for Chinese Democracy on the shelf saying "To be released Dec. 19"

It got me pretty excited. Might not mean anything, but I still believe the album will be out this year
