Well, it could have been anything from Abbey Road.  I Want You would be fun.

Fantastic pictures and a great cause.

Parkinsons affects so many lives, it's great to see Axl involved.

Also on a personal note, Ali is my all time hero.  Incredible boxer, even more incredible human being.

That's so cool to see Axl perform at something like that.

Posing for pics with Michael J. Fox & Denis Leary...  drool

give the guy a break. come together is the most obvious rock song on abbey road while axl has already sang back in the ussr this year. there is worse speculation around

and on another note - what is it with the love of dennis leary? Huh

The Fab Faux is more than just a cover band - they recreate not just the music, but all the subtle layers and background sounds, and they do it all live.  They're made up of a bunch of studio pros from Conan O'Brien and Letterman, and they approach recreating Beatles songs with the same precision that orchestras approach symphonies.  I heard them on Howard Stern once and they are INCREDIBLE, and one of the toughest tickets to get becase they only perform sporadically.  Hearing a boot of this would really be something.

As an aside; why does axl shake hands like he's expecting to be simultaneously hit with a left hook?

Awsome Pics. Axl must have been thrilled to meet a legend like Ali. Even meeting M.J.F. must have been very cool. Parkinsons is another reason that Bush should not even be in office. To have a President who is against stem cell research is what is stopping us from curing this horrible disorder. Bush is turning out to be the worst President ever. Thank God this is his last term.

Shoeboy517 is right the Fab Faux is absolutely jaw-dropping in their ability to recreate the most intricate of Beatles tunes live. Abbey Road being my fave Beatles album I have to wonder what tune Axl did, there are so many good ones that he could really kick ass on.
