I'm probably not going if it is the exact same show. ?I'd like to see them do like they did in the old days and mix up the setlist from night to night. ?Each night, you know you're going to get:

Jungle, Sweet Child, Patience, Paradise City
Better, IRS, November Rain, Nighttrain

But beyond that, they could mix it up with new songs, old songs & covers - like they did in Wembley.

I'm all for losing KOHD, Live and Let Die, and Mr Brownstone from the set list - although I think Axl includes those every time because they're easier for him to sing. ?Mr Brownstone and Its So Easy serve as a "break" for him vocally.

I agree.  They'll never drop the hits because those are the songs that still sell tickets.  If people pay $100 to see a show with all new songs, they're not going to appreciate it at all.  You need the classics to sell tickets.  GNR is SCOM, PC, Jungle, NR, ISE, RQ, etc... the new stuff needs to be heard before it can be fully appreciated

Add:

Civil War
Bad Apples
Pretty Tied Up
Yesterdays
Bad Obsession

Remove:

It's So Easy
Mr Brownstone

That's the only two I dislike (bear in mind I haven't seen much from this years concert bar the Rock Am Ring performances)

I would love to hear Estranged but playing more Illusions would be taking a step into the past. I think we have a better shot hearing more news songs than more Illusions.

I'm not gonna make a fantasy set that includes the likes of Locomotive or Coma, so I'll make a realistic set:

Chinese Democracy
It's So Easy
Live And Let Die
Better
Mr. Browstone
*New Song*
Catcher in the Rye
Sweet Child O'Mine
Riyadh & the Bedouins
November Rain
*New Song*
Madagascar
I.R.S
Don't Cry
T.W.A.T
*New Song*
Nightrain
*New Song*

Encore:
Welcome to the Jungle
*New Song*
Paradise City

I think eventually they'll need to get a new closer as well. And they can always substitute ISO or Brownstone with Out ta Get Me or Don't Cry with Civil War, stuff like that...

I concur with many of the more recent posts: Live and Let Die should be dropped. The song is just boring.

Why do you all hate Live and let die!!! It is one of my favourite GNR songs.? In my opinion it is also the best cover ever made. It is just brilliant. GNR took a shity song and made it there own. It should never be dropped.

Don't know if this will make any sense , but I always thought Live and Let die would make a great opener, but if it's not played as an opener, drop it completely. I've never really liked it. KOHD, I love the new version - very cool mellowed out. Whoever said drop Brownstone , I disagree completely - Keep it around

I love the fact the majority of people here love the obscure Illusion songs - there are still people who will show up to these shows who upon hearing Breakdown, will probably ask someone " Is this a new tune" Huh?

Yeah this guy has a point.. I played Locomotive around my friend once and he said "Is this new GNR?"
