I know we love Axl and all but personally don't you find if you did this he might find it rather creepy and stalkerish, IMO....

Just write your letter and put it in an envelope and write ?AXL? on it. Put it in a mailbox and it will eventually get to him. The US postal service has a special department whose sole purpose it getting letters to Axl. I sent Axl a letter asking for a bootleg copy of ?Chinese Democracy,? and wouldn?t you know, I got a package a week later. Axl sent me some belated Christmas cookies as well.

BTW Axl... I like the '99 version of IRS better than the later leak, it sounded more like "The Garden" and less overproduced.  Plus I could actually here you.. ohh yeah thanks for sending me that version of C.I.T.R.
