just curious...is the sound a bit heavier for this show? considering it's for a metal festival....maybe upping the tempo a bit? how is the crowd receiving them?

@ ashlar....maybe the guitarists can pick what they want for solos Wink

That's true but if Axl was deadset on the song being 'retired' then he wouldn't want Thal playing it. It's pretty obvious Thal browses the internet alot so he prolly got the idea himself.

i dunno...I think that the setlist was agreed upon by the band not just Axl...so maybe they chose not to do Don't Cry...i have no idea...

Aye it does! I actually think about the show quite frequently wishing I had of gone to all 4 instead of just the 12th. Fuck that show was amazing.
