I guess the idea is to:

1 - See if there's a demand and if there is, how many we'd print.

2 - Decide on the design. I think the number of colors the design has will affect the price.

3 - Decide on the place where to get them made.

4 - Take orders.

5 - Print them.

6 - Send them out.

If the shirts gets done, there won't be any pictures of any band members on the shirts.

No copyrighted logos or anything like that.

I'm not trying to make money off the GN'R name with these shirts.

and then maybe something on the back.

I hope you mention it.  Most shirts nowadays have a web link or company web page, the weird ones people remember and check them out later so you should definently include that.
