Ok, I've been talking in here for a while about how I wanna do a tourney of champions.
Well, after a good 3 days worth of work, I've finally finished the tourney.
Here's the rules.
Starting on Monday, we're going to open the voting. I invite everyone to stop by my humble little site
www.illitpress.com and take part.
It's set up just like the NCAA final four. There's four sections of the tourney, with 64 songs. 28 GnR, 28 STP, and 8 Velvet Revolver.
In each bracket in the first round, the groups compete against each other. In other words, GnR vs VR or STP, but not another GnR song. I've hopefully set it up right so that way each band will be well represented in later rounds.
On monday, we'll start the first round. As there's 4 brackets, we'll start with the top left bracket, and go from there. All the details are available right now at the tournament page
