Fan wins $1 million at Blackhawks game

I heard about this from a friend and it sounded unreal, and just found a write up on it......

Martin Havlat made one Blackhawks fan very happy during Monday night's Blackhawks game.

You see, if a Hawks player scores at the 10:00 mark of the second period, an Illinois Lottery promotion awards one lucky fan $1 million.

Havlat scored the Hawks lone goal in a 4-1 loss to Minnesota at that exact moment, sending an as-yet-identified season ticket-holder sitting in Sect. 326 home $1 million heavier in the wallet.

The winner met Havlat outside the Hawks locker room following the game and looked a bit stunned (go figure) as he thanked the Hawks winger.

The Hawks are expected to introduce the lucky winner prior to Wednesday night's game against the St. Louis Blues at the United Center.

the odds are the exact same as the odds would be if the time would be 4.36 in the first period aint it? i dunno, my math sucks but it the odds could be one in 3600 right?since it's that many seconds in 3 periods, but i guess the odds could change depending on the stats on when most goals are made? so the exact odds, who knows?
