First, did you try doing a system restore? and then if that didn't work did you try restoring the whole pc to it's original state? dell probably hooked you up with some wack ass hardware and thats probably why the laptop couldnt handle the program and crashed?
I didnt even use the Laptop for Pro Tools I just surfed the net with it. Just regular websites, nothing risky either. I started it up today and it was fucked. Piece of shit. |

I tried everything
Im not the most technical savvy guy in the universe and I kind of look at it like, If pay 1000 bucks and it fucks up within a week............ Thats a good sign to just send the thing back.

i think it depends on if their support could figure out what the problem is.
but it seems like it's a hardware problem so you pretty much had to do it.
are you going to get another one of the same model or another brand?
