Sebastian Bach
Summerfest-Lazer 103 Rock Stage
Milwaukee, Wi. July 1st, 2000
Broadcast Live On Lazer 103 FM

FM->Mitsubishi 4 Head Hi-Fi VCR(High Grade Video Tape)->Sony Mini Disc(For any editing and track placement)->Pioneer stand-alone cd recorder(via optical cable)->CDr->WAV->Flac FrontEnd(level 6)->Flac->You

What seems like an odd set-up to record actually provided me with may years of good results for these FM broadcasts from Milwaukee's Summerfest. The reason I did it this way was because I wanted to be able to record straight through without changing mini-discs or cd-r's. Around 2000-01 I was also just buying my first PC so doing any sort of editing there vs. mini disc was out of the question for this then newbie. I think the overall quality is excellent and only the best equipment and media was used year in and year out.

Notes:First off if anyone can help complete this setlist I would appreciate it. This show was a real nightmare for the powers that be at Lazer 103. Sebastian's language was so foul that they either had to dump his mic in between songs or they would play Skid Row studio cuts until the next song started live to hopefully avoid more of the F word getting out over the air. At the time I did my best to edit some of this stuff out between songs but looking back I should have probably left it as it was. There are a few odd edits in between some tracks where I tried to cut some of that filler out so if you are a stickler for perfection you might want to pass. Still a nice FM broadcast but the transitions between some songs is not a seamless as a normal live show would be.

Enjoy!
