In your opinion, which decade is better based on Music, Movies, TV, Lifestyle, etc.... The 70's or The 80's?

With the exception of GN'R in the late 80's... I would have to say the 70's were 'hands-down' the best decade musically speaking.

As far as lifestyle and television are concerned, the 70's were also the best.  yes

Movies...well, that's a tough one, but I'm going to go with the 80's...primarily because of E.T. and a few other personal favorites.

Cheers,
W.R.

70s music kicks 80s music so hard that 80s music has to sit in a wheelchair when it gets to heaven.

I'm pretty sure most 80s music is going straight to hell..

The '70's by far. I was born in the 70's, so I actually have some 1st hand knowledge of that era:

The days of Pink Floyd, Zeppelin and Kiss ( in their heyday)

The start of Punk Rock/New Wave

The birth of Disco (and the slow death)

Star Wars!!!!

Wow, you must be seriously clueless to what music came out in the 1970's if Disco is all that you see that decade for.

That's true, but they all still toured in the 80's which is when I saw them. Wink
