I take it he's talking about a picture in the GH booklet, but can't provide a scan of it. I don't have GH, so I can't answer that question.

The photo credits in the liner notes say it's by Gene Kirkland.

His number on his site is 818, thus would lead me to believe the shot is from a California based show.

He does some live and studio images of the old GNR on his site.

Short of contacting the guy, that's my best guess.

From a late '91 - sometime in '92 show. You can tell 'cause of the SIN NIN shirt in the pic.
