Yes, it is.  It's a mug shot, for crying out loud.  But actually, when Axl was younger and played rock 'n' roll, and we had more tolerance for his temper tantrums, he could still look pretty good even in a mugshot:

They wanted to search his carry on luggage. He was conserned that a brakeable Item would get broke. He became very verbal with them. (just can't get away with that at an airport)

As pretty hate machine said no! He phoned in a guilty plee. I believe he got time served and a $500 fine. The time served was the few hours they held him before they let Beta bail him out.
