POst link to video on keepvid.com and click download. change file to .flv

also go to download.com and download Total Video Converter

open up Total Video Converter and put the video in there and click convert and chose mp3.

yeah and change it to .doc and it becomes a word file with the lyrics of the song ... Smiley
