yeah it seems to happen when you go over the 300 visitor mark it happened a lot last night whith the concert update and also on tuesday at times with the axl being arrested news |

more than likely its the number of connections at any one time thats causing the pages to not load
if you can increase the timeout or max connections settings in apache then that may cope with the higher demand
