IRISH BY BIRTH, CORK BY THE GRACE OF GOD

« on: November 19, 2005, 07:43:38 PM »

I was watching some stuff off the net about the show and just wondering who you think is at fault.

I know axl hit that fan and all that, and i know axl had this thing about people taking pictures at concerts and all that. But if a fan pays their money to see a show, they should be entitled to do whatever they want once inside the show.

Why didnt the security do anything if they knew axl didnt want it happening.

i remember reading some like Axl found out a gay German magazine was taking pics of his biker shorts and he was pissed off, so he wasn't too keen on any photos.

I've no idea how lax the security was about photos at the time.

Damn, I've never heard that one!  Theres no excuse for Axl becoming unhinged like that and attacking someone and then get pissed off and leave.  Just like there is no excuse for Axl to show up 2 to 3 hours late for a show.  Thats why I would have a hard time seeing GNR.  Nobody is worth me wasting my time waiting, or going to a show and have to worry about a chair hitting me in the head.  I'm too old for that shit.  Axl is to blame for everytime there was a riot imo.

IMO Axl. Sure he punched a  guy, but he shouldn't have walked off stage. I'm sure most people over there didn't even know what was happening...

Actually if you have seen the show you would know that the guy (stump) was being a jackass the whole night. It wasn't just the picture thing, the guy kept interrupting Axl to try and give him a business card plus he threw a bottle that hit Duff. The camera was just the straw that broke the camels back as they say.

i know axl shouldnt have walked off but i think the crowd were pretty immature to start a riot. so u wasted $100 on a concert, so what not the end of the world.
