Ok: it's Finck who plays the high notes on Rhiad's chorus. You can tell it because of the slow and full bends and his tonality.  Also, Buckethead didn't play the chorus, he only plays the heavy parts, the solo and that kind of tremolo ending. Richard plays the flat and clean guitar with some full chords Wink

Richard Fortus, the phenomenon

Richard has a kick-ass guitar, that's also why he sounds so great. Nothing can beat a Gibson ES-335 ok

He didn't use this guitar in any of the new songs...   no
But he played pretty damn good with this ES-335 on Rocket Queen!  smoking

did he use that bantubi on the tour?

anyone heard the axl rose-scream on oh my god? if you listen carefully you hear it, it's very deep in the mix
oh, if it open your eyes i wouldn't bet on a good comprimese
i was willing 2 be lost in the shuffle is only you had let me know

second time:

oh, if it open your eyes i wouldn't bet on a good comprimese
the scream starts here...
i was willing 2 be lost in the shuffle is only you had let me know- after know you'll hear the end of the scream in the background ends "whoah" and the beginnin thing starts? Smiley

it's pretty cool, has emotional note change... hope they level it higher if it's released again? peace

ps\sorry 4 fuckin up the lyrics...

You can hear it on the no-vocals version made by some fan... It's pretty cool, actually. You can hear some guitar shreding behind Axl "and the won't give in cause they know.."... So much stuff there but everyting sounds like a mess in the mix. It could be way better...  Embarrassed

I strike to burn and no flame returns...

These new songs have so many layers it's not even funny. I swear, nearly everytime I listen to a song, I hear something new. People give shit about "why do they need 3 guitars and 2 keyboards" but the layering and texturing in these songs is mind boggling. 'Madagascar', for example, there are SO MANY different strings and loops going on throughout the entire song, it's amazing. No wonder the record has taken so long. It must take them 2 months to get a full song in a final mix, but I'm not complaining...
