Otherwise the potential for distribution on a worldwide scale for all the Marvel merchandise and characters is limitless.

Disney owns a lot of stuff, including ABC... and they can hardly be accused of dumbing down shows like Lost to appeal to children. It just feels like a response to Warner Bros. buying DC a few years back.
