That's December 9, 2000 for those of you in the US.
In Sept. 2000 they were touring inside the states.

Well, I can't express it with the A+/A/A-, etc. signs but it sounds quite decent, it has annoying "soundbreaks" here and there but were it not for them, overall it's O.K.
