Title: What will you do, post CD?
Post by: mrlee on October 23, 2008, 07:15:08 AM
Im wonder what ill do.

Will these forums be as alive after release, obviously after the initial wave of reviews n such. Will people not visit here too much?

I think i will still be here alot cause the off topic music board is good fun.

Its strange to think this albums gonna be de-mystified.

Like nearly everyone when I first came it was because of GN'R, but I became bored with those sections because discussion was stale, it was the same moaning, complaining, waiting.

My fun here, for the past few years, has without doubt been the off topic sections so of course there is that to stay around for, nothing changes on that front, heck they may well become even better with more people joining the board when the album comes out.  As for the main sections, we actually have stuff to discuss now, a single and an album, so activity should increase and discussion should improve!

I believe my days would not be the same,  this site has sorta been a part of me for the last few years, don't get me wrong I've anticipated this release just like all of you long before joining the board, I will be sticking around, there is yet another road head, this is only the beginning everyone. :P

Hell yeah, I plan to stick around. There are so many funny people on this board. I agree with off topics section especially when nothing new to discuss but now we can discuss the songs and the CD and hopefully a tour! And everyone going to see the shows and tickets again and maybe even organize some HTGTH parties at the various locations in which Guns will tour. We could make a rule like if there are 10 or more people from HTGTH, we must organize a get together before the show to meet each other and celebrate the fact that the wait is over.

Plus, I think there is a lot more music to come. You don't just take this long to write 14 songs. Well, it's possible. But I think there is quite a bit more in the pipeline in this case. Just my opinion. I could always be wrong.

Clearly there is more material, songs like "The General" n other rumoured ones. The doom metal track Baz described. Not to mention the 3 albums idea.

I'll be around as long as Jarmo bothers to keep it running.

I don't use the internet as much as many others do but this is a great and civil place for discussion beside being a fanpage :peace:

I'll be around unless Jarmo sells it to Universal or somebody for a couple of million.

I'll stick around here definitely. I've been hanging around here for nearly a decade.
