Title: Good site for scales? Post by: shaved on April 22, 2007, 05:56:46 PM So I realized to my dismay that all I ever to is learn a song by memory and not really know what chords/scale I am in. I would to learn the scales so I can actually do solos and know what I am doing, but can't seem to find a good site for it. Can anyone help? Would be appreciated.

A cool little comprehensive program. For moment to moment reference though, especially while learning, I'd get a book. The "Gig Bag Book" series are handy and cheap (about $13 each) and they have books which cover scales, arpeggios and chords with simple note/tab presentation and pattern diagrams. Since then many people have mirrored the original site to preserve it. Title: Re: Good site for scales? Post by: Robman? on April 23, 2007, 04:16:40 PM some cool sites, thanks everyone :peace:
