iTunes:

http://www.apple.com/itunes/store/music.html -> Type "Izzy Stradlin" in the searchbox left below of the screen.

Available are:
Ride On
River
On Down The Road
Like A Dog

& a Hollywood Rose track called? "Killing Time" and a track with West Arkeen's The Outpatience called "Wound Up In A Vega".

When Izzy decided to release new material it's likely it will be released on iTunes first.

CD:

www.scootersteez.com for the Like A Dog cd. Order thru PayPall and it will be delivered on your doorstep for 20 US Dollars.

And very cheap mp3's where you can also preview all of the songs:

http://www.mp3stor.com/albums/73/125/

Besides Amazon or Ebay they aren't really available..

yea, I won't buy crap off of itunes, because it's not in mp3 format and you can't burn it onto CD or anything.  i hate itunes.

I know iTunes can burn CDs, but can you burn songs that you actually buy from iTunes (*.mp4 or whatever the extension is)?

I plan on purchasing all of Izzy's albums from I-Tunes. Maybe not all at one time, but all just the same.

My question is, have any of you purchased the entire album and not just paid for individual songs ? If so, what's an album cost ?
I 'm really not very familiar w/ I-Tunes. In fact, this will be my first purchase through them.

I'm really looking forward to hearing all of Izzy's solo albums. IZZY STRADLIN OWNS..

I think albums are usually the same price as buying all the songs individually.  So, 10 songs at $.99/each is $9.90.

Izzy talks about the problem getting distribution around the world, and even mentions Amazons ridiculously high prices in this 30 minute audio interview with TuneCore from just a few months back, and explains why he now uses iTunes:

http://tunecore.typepad.com/tunecorner/2006/11/tunecore_an_int.html

If you havent heard it already, check it out. Features a song from Like A Dog at the end too  ;D

If you're willing to be patient, Izzy's stuff pops up on ebay, ususally for lower prices.  That's how I've gotten a few of his albums, with the exception of On Down the Road, which is always upwards of $25.

I bought "River" off of eBay for $3.00 plus shipping...came to about $15.00 Canadian and I ordered it from someplace in Britain.  When I bought "On Down The Road" I got it off of Amazon and it cost almost $40.00 and that was purchased from the USA.
They are hard to come by.  If you find one cheap somewhere buy it.  Great songs.
