If anyone missed it, you should find the podcast.  They talked a lot about GnR.  I only caught the last fifteen minutes, but it was really cool.  It reminded me of their Eating With Bumblefoot episode because they focused on one of the band members.  This time it was Chris Pitman.  Awesome.  Pitman rarely gets discussed in the community even though he's one of the driving forces behind CD.

Anyways, if you get a chance, download the podcast and listen!!!  :crying: :peace:

I heard they played the EMS' interview with the firemarshall and he said he was just doing his job and indirectly claimed Beta's a liar (or is it lier ???).. Any truth behind this?

That was a very controversial interview on EMS.  I heard Jackamo was banned at HTGTH for being a part of that.

I don't see why it got people as riled up as it did.  I mean, if you really like Merck and choose to believe his Portland press release, then great!  More power to you!  EMS just did what any respectable news source would do... they called the fire marshall and interviewed him.  The interview was pretty much just reading him Merck's press release and allowing him to respond.  If Merck didn't want people to know who the Fire Marshall was, then he wouldn't have named him in the press release.

You can choose to believe Merck or the fire marshall, or parts of both their stories.  I personally don't give a shit.  But don't shoot the messenger!  EMS was just upholding its promise to Pitmaniacs worldwide.
