With the exception of a few markets, GNR is not going to sell out right away. If you can't get a ticket in the presale, as long as you go early to ticketmaster, things will be alright.

Hopefully, part of the GNR plan was not to overpromote this tour to start off with (allowing fans to grab the best seats) and then in a few weeks, start promoting, getting things in the media and oh, most obviously..a single and release date.

haha..i agree. The prices were wicked high. The only time I spent more money on a concert ticket was when i saw U2/The Killers..but that was when I lived in the UK and everything was double what it is in Canada.

Good point. I forgot about people paying cash. As a university student, its all about the credit cards.

These shows are not going to sell out until the night of the show, if they do at all.  I would not be overly concerned about not getting tickets.  The only show I would be concerned about selling out is MSG.

GA is already sold out for NYC, they aren't even listing it on ticketmaster anymore for tomorrows sale.

sweet...my fiance just called me, and told me she got 2 tix for NJ and 4 tix for MSG!!!! i didnt even know the presale was today!!!!

so this will be 4 shows in one year for me, nice......i had the third night in may, but was too exhausted to go, so i went to the first two. the website is cool too...i cant believe this is really happening...the album will be out this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plus, even if they do sell out, there are many other options out there. Ever heard of Craislist???? Even though some people may think thats buying from a scalper.... its not!! Ive bought many tickets off that site for less than face value.. or even face value. And they were good seats too. I can think of at least 3 concerts and countless Twins/Vikes/Wild tickets. No need to worry about this pre-sale if you didnt get the password.
