I think slash looks great but is it just me or does it look like slash is going bald in that last pic? :o

Yeah, it looks a bit like he's got hair extensions or something, especially the hair around his shoulders.

But he is in his 40's, he still has more hair than I do and I'm in my late 20's! hehe

I think its time for Slash to shave his head.  Im surprised he didnt wear a hat or something...Its a curse for someone so renowned for his hair, but he might as well use it as an opportunity to reinvent himself.  Hes aging incredibly well otherwise and would look great with a shaved head. 

On one hand, this debunks the "Slash is fat now" story. He looks fine.

On the other hand...Jeez, his hair IS dwindling, isn?t it? You can even see BALD SPOTS!! *GASP*

On a side note: Slash looks more and more like Brian May with each passing day, IMO.

Damn!!! Slash looks so cool!!! as some of you said, eventhough he?s losing some hair, he?s not fat at all, and that smile, he?s so chilling, having a good time, like always.

Yea slash does look great! Def not FAT! Although iam a little upset that when i saw him in concert and other photos that was not his real hair.   :-[!! but i still LOVE AND SUPPORT him. no matter how he does with his hair, and where is perla?? maybe the divorce is foreal!! YEA!!!!!

I never noticed Slash's $ tattoo on his neck before.

Anyway, regardless of his hair, he still looks pretty fit for someone who smokes and drinks so much.

I pray he lives more then anything.. Drink that much, smoke and use heroin.. better looking junky I have seen.. :hihi:

As for shaving his head? Yeah, that'd be pretty cool. People would be like...WTF? But then Dave Kushner would have to grow out his hair.
 

That's one thing I dont get about celebrities is that they think they have to try and stay young looking..  Just shave the head and move on unless you can get a real looking transplant.. I mean just age and look as good as you can for your age.. Stay fit too.. The botox, plastic surgery, some of the crazy hair techniques all start looking ridiculous 99% of the time.. As for Slash, he should really get off the butts and get himself into shape... Fuck, why not Slash shave his head??? I would have long hair if I started losing all my hair at like 28 or 29.... I bet he would look younger with a shaved head anyway...

Slash has said he would never shave his hair, and if he went bald he would wear a wig.

Stop with the hair thing... he's not going bald, he has his hair shorter, doesnt mean he's going bald... do u think its possible for someone going bald in 1 or 2 months? guys you have to check the Cherry Bar Grand Opening at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa - April 22, 2006 pics, he had a lot of hair, he had the beard like Snakepit 2000, so think for one moment if its possible that all of sudden " ohh he has no hair, he has to shave his hair " its not like that. He did the exact same thing back in 2002/2003 remember? he cutted his hair A LOT, maybe he just do it now , now that they're off tour, like back in 2002/03... so i think he just cutted his hair A LOT maybe just for the hair to grow stronger. Slash doesn't have the kind of hair that you can use a hair brush on. A hair brush would only make it more frizzy. He needs a pick. I think that the reason his hair looks like that is because he had front hair extensions and took them out for whatever reason. I could be wrong because I'm not a beautician and I don't claim to be an expert of any kind on any kind of hair. However, if for some reason I'm right, my suggestion would be to get new front hair extensions. In any event, I think that Slash is still as sexy as ever and he looks exceptionally well for his age. Exceptionally well when you think about everything that he's done to abuse his body. I mean look at Eddie Van Halen, he's been a lifelong alcoholic and cocaine abuser and he looks like he's ready for the grave!

Yes Slash's guitar playing had more to do with it but you have to admit that Slash's look had something to do with him being such an original. I mean, who else looks like Slash? I myself love his look. I think that he's positively adorable. I envy Perla.

I think it's cool that Slash likes to mingle with different kinds of people. Hell, the rapper Snoop Dogg likes heavy metal. He sang at a Metallica tribute and has been photographed at Korn concerts. If I found out that Slash likes some rap music I would totally think that's cool.

I don't only like rock either, I mean as a teen I was into house of pain, dr dre, epmd, erik b and rakim, onyx, etc... Then you always have your old school like rundmc, slick rick, beastie boys, etc... Nothing worng with liking other things, just rock is my favorite

Anyways, I don't know if Slash is balding or not, although his hair does look a lot thinner than I'm used to seeing it. And I couldn't disagree more with the whole "Slash should shave his head" deal. I mean, I'm sure he'd look great with a shaved head--Slash is a good-looking guy. But the hair is his trademark. Slash with a bald head would be like . . . blasphemy, or something. Almost like Axl Rose with cornrows!!!! (jk, I actually like the braids.)

Imagine if Slash took off the top hat one day to reveal a big huge Hulk Hogan style bald spot.

The way his hair is on the side in that one pic usually happens from wearing a hat right before or sleeping fucked up.. He looks like a a real bed head

ok...since i know alot about hair care it seems to me that slash prob had hair extentsions that were gluded in..,and made his hair thin real bad on the sides. also it looks like slash's hair is thinning alot in the front due to his age. plus if u really pay attention...u can tell his real hair from the fake hair he uses for volume. there is nothing wrong with that..just that his hair dresser suxks!!! he prob gets the fake hair cause he is slash and what is he mostly known for besides his playing ability! i love him!!!!!

They glue extensions in? I always thought extensions were attached to the hair someone already has. As a matter of fact I have a friend who has extensions now because she wanted longer hair and her extensions are weaved into her hair. They certainly aren't glued in.

Slash looks great and I'm really waiting to hear new guitar work by him. I hope there's a lot great solos on the upcoming VR record.

actually u CAN glue in extensions to ur scalp...i also have MANY friends who have had their weave either glued or braided in. glue is bad because when u take them out..it pulls ur hair out that is why many people have them braided in. also ppl can have them braided into there hair to make it look more natural! so u can put extensions in either way. i was just saying that because of the chunks of hair missing..it look like he had them glued in. thats all.

Well it looks to me like he got thin in front and got hair extensions. Not glued in extentions but extensions attached to the hair he already has. In recent pics that he's been seen at it looks that he's taken the extensions out and has taken some grief over the way that his hair looks.

I don't know if Slash is going bald...but if his hair is thinning then he should try using Rogaine. Metallica's Kirk Hammett has been using Rogaine for about 10-15 years now and he's got very good looking hair..I've actually started losing hair myself and i'm only 28, so I'm considering Rogaine as an option also...

Beware of the "initial fall out period" and the 60% chance that, that hair will grow back after.  Mine didn't and I lost my hair quicker because of that shit. With all Kirk Hammets $$$$, I doubt he is using Rogaine.

Oh let's be real. All men who get older start losing hair. Why would Slash be any different. It's not his fault that he's a typical man. As far as I'm concerened he just should get hair extensions like several other rockers.
