Title: Space shuttle challenger Post by: Eric on July 26, 2005, 11:54:30 AM I remember I was in 8th grade when this happened-our teacher came in during lunch and told us about it-we watched it on TV the rest of the day-I think about that day every time I see a shuttle launch-a lot of you might be too young, but do you remember where you were that day?

************ To give you an idea of how fast that thing moves: One summer I was visiting my brother in Dallas Tx. We were in his pool out back, and watched it go over us in the sky. Probably less than a minute that thing was on TV landing in Florida!!! Pretty cool. |
