At this point, I can't imagine him specifying a release date without being absolutely sure that it's in the hands of whomever will put it out in the stores on Tuesday. I think when Axl gives a release date it will be the light at the end of the tunnel. Alot of albums get delayed fromt he official release date and it could be with Chinese but I think it will be released within a few months of the intended release date. Or it could come out that day because Axl will probably be completely done recording/editing everything so he can be confident about his release date and if there are any changes he'll have a good amount of changing them.
