Parts of a Slash article from The Observer:

---

One of the biggest mistakes I apparently ever made was giving up the name Guns N' Roses. But I couldn't care less. Axl is doing exactly what I assumed he would do with it, which is run it into the ground.

I've died a couple of times in hospital and I've still come out alive at the end of it, but I try not to get philosophical. It's too heavy. VELVET REVOLVER fan site Velvet-Revolver.com has uploaded several photos from the "Fall to Pieces" video shoot, which took place this past weekend. The video was reportedly shot over two days on the Santa Monica pier, and features all bandmembers and their wives in the setting of the old 1970s Starwood Club. Check out the pictures here.

"Fall to Pieces" is the second single off VELVET REVOLVER's gold-certified debut album, "Contraband", which was released in early June.
