Of all your posted quotes...
...That was the weakest.
Shall I quote some more Nietzsche? I have Beyond Good and Evil right next to me still. Are you (any of you) familiar with (any of) his work?
Here's a good one (number 73, if any of you are wondering):

I think that's purely a matter of perspective there Jimbo. But I can certainly see where you're coming from, and can easily give your judgment a little credence because of that.
And what's with your newfound case of certitude? A certitude that positively screams of the 'old days' I might add................

Well, basically I just came to realise that I'm better than everybody on the board.?
Edit to say, in true MCT style:
The above = a joke
The below = to be disassociated with the above.
Well, I always have been if I feel that I know what I'm talking about...
...In this area I feel that I am strongly enough opionated to be able to criticise something and explain myself.
Edit to say: lol, I remind myself of another poster on the board here, but I won't name names
Saying that, I would never be so much so in say...The Election Thread. Unless it comes to critical analysis of character or argumentative device, and even then I do so reasonably poorly. Or at least that is what I am forced to tell myself...
...There's a great Nietzsche quote on the subject, but alas, I cannot find it. It's probably a good thing.
I'll settle for my final quote from the man (open to debate, if you understand me
) One for the debaters on the board, maybe? :
'One begins to mistrust very clever people when they become embarrased.'

Fair enough. Take note though, that my 'certitude' comment was directed at your overall demeanor as of late.............

The 'debaters' = the conspicuously (through the use of subtle devices) self-proclaimed kings of all things polemic, right?

That's a neat quote, as it can be taken one of two ways.
