That's what I love about these high school girls, man. I get older, they stay the same age.

... yes...

The human form a fiery forge,
The human face a furnace sealed,
The human heart its hungry gorge."

"Learn the art of patience. Apply discipline to your thoughts when they become anxious over the outcome of a goal. Impatience breeds anxiety, fear, discouragement and failure. Patience creates confidence, decisiveness, and a rational outlook, which eventually leads to success."

I really like his stuff........ yes

"WHAT man may learn, what man may do,
Of right or wrong of false or true,
While, skipper-like, his course he steers
Through nine and twenty mingled years,
Half misconceived and half forgot,
So much I know and practise not."

False words are not only evil in themselves, but they infect the soul with evil.

Well, it isn't a quote for all occasions...Although I guess that maybe it could be. However it is certaintly relevant in regards to upcomming events. It's nice to see some Socrates quoted, by the way.

"Remember, every single vote counts. Don't let yourself be tricked into thinking it does not. It is important for us all to engage this political system and to be conscious of who is being chosen to speak for us. If you choose not to be involved with decisions that affect your life on a daily basis, in our opinion, you forfeit your right to complain about it later."

-MJK

Maybe it dosn't necesarily fit in with the thread, but I thought that it had to be posted somewhere.

Always do sober what you said you'd do drunk. That will teach you to keep your mouth shut.

It helps if you've lived through fascism or an equal challenge.  Wink  Have you faced any 'man-building' obstacles in life to help you find your invincible summer?   Read his play called Rhinoceros when you get the chance.
