"When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men living together in society, they create for themselves in the course of time a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that justifies it." - Frederic Bastiat
How relevant this quote is with the ass currently in the oval office.

As much as you feel it applies to Obama, it could apply equally well to capitalism and the hoarding of wealth. That Mr. Bastiat could write something meant to defame anything less than a completely free market and yet it could apply so well to exactly what really happens (protecting the insulation of the wealthy)...well, it really speaks volumes.

Nothing is original. Steal from anywhere that resonates with inspiration or fuels your imagination. And don?t bother concealing your thievery?celebrate it if you feel like it. In any case, always remember what Jean-Luc Godard said: "It?s not where you take things from?it?s where you take them to."

The quote in question is only really used in Scotland so it's probably lost on everyone who isn't from there.
