Watch Axl Rose’s Cameo Appearance on ‘Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?’

Episode will air Thursday, February 25th on Boomerang
By Claire Shaffer

Axl Rose stars as an animated version of himself on a new episode of Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?

When Fred, Velma, Daphne, Shaggy, and Scooby take a road trip down historic Route 66, they encounter a mysterious group of mud men who steal the Mystery Machine. While stranded in the desert, they check out an abandoned diner “to see if they have Wi-Fi inside” — Daphne’s priorities — where they discover Axl, who turns out to already be buddies with Shaggy and Scooby. As the gang dives deeper into the case, each member begins to disappear, and it’s eventually up to Shaggy, Scooby, and Axl to find their friends and solve the mystery.

The episode airs Thursday, February 25th at 6:00 p.m. PT/9:00 p.m. ET on Boomerang, and will subsequently be available to stream on Boomerang OTT.

Axl Rose has spent much of the past year as an outspoken critic of the former Trump administration’s response to the coronavirus pandemic. On July 3rd, the Guns N’ Roses singer slammed U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams after he appeared in an interview and refused to comment on whether or not U.S. citizens — in the midst of a pandemic — should attend July 4th parties. “Jerome Adams is a: A coward b: A POS c: Both,” Rose tweeted. “Resign. U don’t deserve the job or title. America deserves better.” He also took aim at Steven Mnuchin, stating that the Treasury Secretary is “officially an asshole.” He later elaborated on his criticisms in a July 4th message.

Axl having a bit of fun.  Look forward to watching.  ok

Sometimes I just get a little chuckle out of watching the poor mistreated GNR fans get their panties in a bunch over shit.  There's more comedy with this then just a little cartoon.  hihi

I wondered that too.  He was blonde in the other cartoon too.  We're wide open for Axl the jokester to dye his hair and come out blonde.  hihi  He pranked Melissa with the blue hair.  He could be coming for us.

This is awesome!

My daughter watches Scooby-Doo almost everyday. In fact we're watching Scooby Doo's "Return to Zombie Island" right now lol.

This series has been pretty good. They've had all kinds of cool guest during this series. They had Mark Hamill, Weird Al, Steve Buscemi, Sia, George Takei just to name a few.

As you can tell I've watched a lot of Scooby-Doo. Hard to believe he's been around for 51 years.

I'll definitely watch this one when it airs.

Books are useless! I only ever read one book, ?To Kill A Mockingbird,? and it gave me absolutely no insight on how to kill mockingbirds.

You keep hearing people say they are afraid to ask Axl to do stuff.  You never hear them say they asked and Axl said no.  People need to ask more.

Yes! They're most likely going back to Vice City again, so maybe we can hear Tommy "The Nightmare" Smith talk about some band of punks called "Hollywood Daffodil" trying to score off him in the parking lot...

Vice City was great. Not as expansive as GTA San Andreas, but always felt a bit more polished to me. If they go back to Vice City, I wonder what era it will be.. because I think Tommy "The Nightmare" Smith is deceased in the "present day" of the GTA-verse.

I went back to it recently and it was still great (especially with mods to fix a few flaws). I can't imagine them doing Vice City in any other era than the 1980s.
