As management have mentioned in recent times there is a “live release planned”.
It has been said that this will be a video of a full concert shot over the NITL tour and they have shot a couple of shows.
With no sign of a preorder coming does anyone know if this release will be coming this year?
I would have expected preorders to be online by now, if it’s going to be released on disc?

It is also a possibility that this will be a PPV broadcast and not a physical release so that may be why we haven’t heard yet.
Will there be an official release from Gnr in 2020?
Seems like the perfect time to put something like this out, maybe someone on this forum has more info?

Who knows what to expect from GNR, they have been so sporadic with the streaming.  It's a shame they don't release a full show, but as stated before I wouldn't hold my breath beer

Expect nothing and anything received will be a win. Could be a mantra for GnR generally  Undecided

It would be cool if they released, the Hollywood palladium Show from last year.

2016 performances are the best (houston)... If they have to pick 1, pick 2016.

Do it like AC/DC Live or GnR Live Era, pick the best songs from the best shows and edit it all together. Don't stick to one show or one year because you could miss things like Shadow of Your Love which didn't come until 2017, or some of the later included Illusions and CD tracks. I do agree that the core "every show" songs should definitely come from 2016.

It seems like this idea to release a show has fallen though, unless it’s coming in 2021 at this stage.

I read elsewhere that the company who were supposed to film the LA show in 2016 did not have sufficient equipment to capture the show correctly. Management then went to same company who shot the Troubadour show but they refused to shoot it due to fall a out from that recording.

Those are the rumours out there, I’m hoping they can be debunked here because I really wanted to see this particular show but any official live release would be great.
