Download Festival - Paris

So it turns out that I will randomly be in Paris, with the family, on the same night that GnR plays the download festival.  While it seems like the show is ~ 45 minutes outside of Paris, I am considering going.

Has anyone been to this venue/show before?  What is the best way to get there from Paris (I am thinking about a private car - but open to other options.)  By chance is anyone else going?

Thanks Jarmo - I am just a bit concerned as I don't speak French -- and thus getting stuck trying to figure out public transportation and/or drive back to Paris at midnight doesn't seem ideal!

Bump up to see if anyone else is thinking about going... I may end up with an extra free ticket -- so would be interested in sharing (wifey isnt interested in going 45 minutes outside of the city.)
