Seems to be the top one. I'll say its vocals of that time too but the mix sounds more current. Yeah seems like one in a million  is removed, probably the whole 'controversial' thing.

"Shadow of Your Love" sounds really great!  I'm thinking about which version I'm going to order.  Rolling Stone also just reported that ALL of the audio from the box set will be made available on digital streaming and download platforms, which is great because I have no idea where to play a CD in 2018, aside from one of my old blu ray players.

I'm holding on to my preorder via Amazon for now....looking at the version on the GnR site, there's more than just music there.  There's a bunch of merch too.  I think there's a $40 that looks to be just audio.

The only thing I wish is there was a usb drive with digital versions of the music.  OR, a "code" to get access to it via spotify/itunes.

GNR is my all-time favorite band.  However, I laughed at the $1,000 price tag this morning. Even $180 for songs that I have or heard previously as demos is a bit much. They seem to forget that their main fanbase is in their 30s & 40s. Right when people have families or starting families along with having a mortgage, car payments, saving for college/retirement, etc.  I'm on the fence for $180 and possibly a no. For concert tickets, it's one thing since those are expensive for other bands and music artists, unfortunately. For this, there was no need unless they had included several more discs that are concerts.
