Maybe I'll get it right next time

« on: October 17, 2017, 08:17:37 AM »

So Hookers & Blow have posted dates through December and now January.
Looks like a safe bet that the GNR machine is about to hibernate?
Can't blame them.  It's been an awesome couple of years, where they just kept getting better.
My advice would be go see them this month and next if you can.
Soak it all in.  Who knows when/if there is a next time?!

Nothing lasts forever....

The next obvious step would be to release a NITL tour bluray -DVD around Christmas and then focus on what to do with the recorded material.

Exactly.  Angus buzzing around likely means more Axl/DC.  A GNR album following this tour would seem like a no-brainer. But logic seems to be something avoided at all costs in GNR land.

They deserve a break after a 2 year tour like this one. Three hour shows and almost all shows they were in top form.

Very fortunate that I got to see this tour twice.  ok

Is he, buzzing around?

And hey, logic may fail, but they have got back together and toured the world so, maybe not all future bleak?

Was at the New York show, and has been for a good few others.

My guess is they will do the European festivals circuit next year & then hit uk & European arenas.

I don?t think ?not in this lifetime? is over yet.

Another year of touring would take it's toll...... I wouldn't be surprised at a few select festival appearances though- if the organizers can afford them.

After seeing last billboard results we can see that Europe is the best market for Guns n Roses...
Ok SA crowd is amazing, they played the most shows in US ,but they didn't use Europe potentional...

If anywhere, it'll be there....but I don't think so. Ozzy, Metallica have been heavily rumoured, and if that's true, no way could the organizers afford GNR too.

The lineup usually gets announced beginning of November for that though, so we should know soon enough.

I saw on Instagram Slash's gf saying "how they are going to miss touring ( because they are having a great time) " so probably no more touring next year... Undecided

The tour is over in LA.  I think they deserve a break and a huge vacation .  They just went around the world and gave every die hard fan and casual 200 percent every night, no excuses  .   I?m thankful and ready for the next chapter . What it will be knobody knows.  But will see, will all see.     #GNRROCKEDTHEWORLD
