Not saying he couldn't have flown in, or that they couldn't be using another company... but the guy who did The Troubadour and a lot of the early NITL stadium gigs is on Cape Cod with his family on vacation based on his Instagram.

So, given Sirius paid for this show...I'm just not sure who would actually have rights to distribute it, etc.  Or who would film it, even.

The Apollo does have an in house film crew, and stationary cameras (and mounts) around the venue, so.....they could just have a bunch of guys in a control room and you'd never know. IDK if the cameras are mounted tonight or not....

the official facebook page has video of Sweet Child and November Rain up.Not pro recordings. But in the Sweet Child video I think I spotted a guy with a big camera. There are no video monitors in there, so if the guy was recording...

I just think this show sounds better than the Troubadour last year. At least from what leaked so far.

Internet has ushered in a new era of sniping amd aggresiveness via a shield of anonymity. Pretty sick of it. Criticism is one thing, if it's thought out, well reasoned and justified-but that's increasingly rare.

First song started about 10:33ish. At least on the stream.

So we are exactly 2.5 hours in.

I'd say we'll prolly go about 3 hours.
