Black Hole Sun was great, although Axl's higher pitched parts could have been more precise. Slash's solo on TIL was one of the better ones I've heard so far. TWAT was rough, to be nice. Let's hope it stays and they work it out because it's a great song when done well.
Great quality videos from this channel, BTW:

How did he go down? First mention of him at all I've heard!

Were the crowd into him, or did he get largely ignored?

One of the worst supports I've ever seen. He basically came out said a quick hello, stood at the mic for 40 minutes or whatever it was, said goodbye and walking off. No interaction with the crowd at all and from where I was in the Gold Circle nobody was even paying any attention to him while he was on. Not suitable for a big gig like this if you ask me. More suitable to small club / Theatre.

Yeah, he barely moved. Its a wonder somebody did not run on and check his pulse to see if he was still alive at times.

Man I agree with ROSE, last time I went to slane excited to see a support act, they ended being the worst thing about the day! I love lanegan, but good god was I disappointed in him!
Ps belfer, did you enjoy the riser? I was massively disappointed they didn't have a little covered area for us, being rained on from eleven that morning sure as hell wasn't fun!
But the show guns put on, made it worth the hassle!

It was bizarre to witness I thought he was ill or something. Didn't rate him whatsoever in my opinion. I enjoyed royal blood though. Otherkin were ok but the vocals weren't too clear so I'd like to watch them again.
