Someone asked in another thread what the venues considered a "professional camera".

Soldier Field wrote on twitter that they allow cameras with a camera lens that can extend no longer than 3 inches

Thanks for all your updates and pics!    i love seeing those stadium pics of the stage being built and the set up of the seats and all. The calm before the storm. And it still hasnt totally set in that axl/slash/duff are doing a summer stadium tour in the US!!!

Just based on the shows so far and the picture of the schedule for the DC show. Since tonight's show is set to begin at 8:00 pm per Live Nation, I figure it'll be the same as previous shows (which also were set to begin at 8 ).

Low odds, but I would check every merch table.

Every mercy table I saw didn't even know anything about a litho.  I'm up in 400 level on the 50 yard line too.  Could be they didn't go to all the vendors.

They ought to tell security the rules every show because in DC I had a little pocket camera(no flash/no detachable lens) and the security man went nuts.  Meanwhile hundreds of people were video recording with phones, something I have no interest in, as they are plentiful on Youtube already.  The email I got from the venue/TM specifically for GN'R show said anything less than 5 inch lens.
CAMERA POLICY(DC)
Small personal cameras are allowed
GoPro/video cameras of any type are not allowed
No selfie sticks, tripods or monopods
Camera bags and cases are not allowed
Any camera with a detachable lens longer than 5? is not allowed

DC there were 500 and some were still for sale after show.
KC there were only 200 and not sure but there were some already on eBay during the show!
