I'm not sure why fans need to tear down another band to prove 'their' band is better... U2 is not my cup of tea, but it is hard to argue their success.
What? Im not tearing down U2 to make "my band" looking better. I was only stating my opinion. I dont live in US, I only visited a couple of times a year. I just didnt know because where I live, people do like U2, but it's hardly something "trending". I didnt say they were not good.

Edited to correct the Android keyboard fuckups.

Sorry, that wasn't a shot at you... Your question of U2 was valid especially around the iTunes mixup and the severely lackluster sales of their last album... It just made me think about the need 'some fans' have of trying to argue that no band on earth belongs in the conversation with Guns N' Roses.

Probably should have clarified that it wasn't an inline response to you.
